Sweet, ice style-wine. Notes of honeysuckle, ripe pear, and melon.
Hand-picked on November 11th with a sugar at harvest of 27.8 Brix, this late harvest wine was then cryoextracted to 39.5 Brix. Residual sugar of 22 Brix gives this wine a supple sweetness intertwined with notes of honeysuckle, ripe melons, pears, and vanilla.
