Thank you for your interest in vending at Linganore Winecellars for the 2026 festival season! We accept a limited number of vendors at each of our annual festivals held in May, July, and October. Prior to each festival, we open an online application for interested vendors to apply, which includes all booth fees, vendor requirements, and event information. Please see the table below for information on application dates and deadlines. Find the current application available at the bottom of this page.
FOOD TRUCKS
For our Food & Music Weekends, you may email happenings@linganorewines.com or fill out the form linked below for more information and available dates. Please note, we book our food trucks approximately one year in advance and slots are limited.
MUSICIANS
All of our musical bookings go through Jason Hannan. Please reach out to him at jason@waitingforlester.com and he will be able to determine how you might fit into our lineup and schedule.

The application for the Caribbean Wine & Music Festival in May is now closed and no other applications for May will be accepted. Vendors who have already submitted an application will be notified via email no later than Friday, March 13 of their status.
