The Abisso Hall
Newlyweds can host their reception in The Abisso Banquet Hall, a lovingly restored 19th century peg barn that can accommodate 184 guests—perfect for receptions and indoor ceremonies.

The Pavilion
This large 4,500-square-ft covered open-air space can accommodate up to 180 guests for cocktail hour. The pavilion can also be used as a ceremony location if couples wish. It is a convenient space to gather after the wedding rehearsal for welcome picnic style or bbq dinner.

The West Lawn
Couples can tie the knot outside on The West Lawn where the manicured grounds and beautiful Maryland countryside provide the perfect backdrop for a fairytale wedding ceremony.

Private Ready Room
A cozy, well-appointed space for the wedding party to relax, get dressed, and enjoy quiet moments before the ceremony.

Frequently Asked Questions
What are your rates?
Our rates can be slightly under $5k up to $20k +, depending on final guest count, day of the week, and time of year. We do not have a pre-set per-person package; we would first like to learn more about your thoughts and help you formulate the wedding package that meets your unique needs and budget!
What is the ceremony fee, and what is included?
Our ceremony fee is $500. This ensures a beautiful setup: we include and handle all setup and breakdown of the white ceremony chairs for outdoor or pavilion events. To add a classic Linganore touch to your altar or aisle, you may use two of our signature wine barrels as décor at no extra cost.
We allot 30 minutes for the ceremony portion of your day.
What is the inclement weather plan for outdoor ceremonies?
The ceremony can be moved to the Pavilion with 24 hours’ notice or the Abisso Hall with 1-hour notice. All ceremonies moved into the Abisso Hall will be “ballroom style” on the dance floor with guests seated at their reception tables. No traditional chair setup is available for ceremonies in the Abisso Hall.
How many hours are included in the event rental?
To ensure your celebration flows perfectly, your rental includes a total of 7 hours: 2 hours for setup, 4 hours for the event itself, and 1 hour for clean-up. You are welcome to arrive two hours before the event starts to begin decorating and setting up your space. Should you need a little extra time to perfect the details, additional hours for setup or breakdown can be purchased at a rate of $500 per hour.

Does the winery include a Wedding Coordinator?
We offer a basic day-of wedding coordination package to take the pressure off your celebration. This service covers the logistics for both your rehearsal and the day of your event only, and is available for $950.
Is there a place for the bride to get ready?
For our brides and their party, we are delighted to offer the ‘Ready Room’, a private and serene space dedicated to those magical pre-ceremony moments.
The room is available at 10:00 AM Monday through Saturday and at 12:00 PM on Sundays, giving you ample time to relax and prepare. Feel free to have hair and makeup done right here; the room comfortably accommodates parties of 6 to 8 people for dressing and final touches. Larger wedding parties may prefer to use the room solely for changing shortly before the ceremony begins.
The room is equipped with everything you need: tables, chairs, ample lighting and electrical outlets, a large mirror, and a private restroom.
The fee for using this exclusive space is $350.
The groom and groomsmen typically arrive dressed and ready for the ceremony.
What is the alcohol policy?
All couples are required to purchase one of the winery’s wine/beer beverage packages for their event. The beverage packages also include soda (Coke, Diet Coke, & sprite), water, and coffee. No hard liquor or outside alcohol is allowed at the venue.

Where are the nearest hotels?
Frederick, MD, is conveniently located just a 25 minute drive from our vineyards. For guests who prefer to stay closer to the property, there are several charming short-term rental properties (like Airbnb) available in the immediate Mount Airy area.
Should you wish to arrange dedicated transportation, shuttle services can easily be contracted through a local vendor.
Are there discounts for cooler weather months?
Yes, there are discounts available for events held November 16th through April 14th as well as in July & August.
