DOG DAYS AT LINGANORE – EVERY THURSDAY
Join us every Thursday at the winery for Dog Days at Linganore! Bring your furry friends out from 4-8 pm for an evening of fun, wine, and food. They’ll be able to run in our dog park while you enjoy a glass of wine, food from our featured food truck, and live music.
THURSDAY, AUGUST 25 – DOG DAYS
Music: Miles Gannet 5-8 pm
Food Truck: Pretzel & Pizza Creations 4-7 pm
AND, once a month we’ll have a rescue or charity come out for an adoption event! Each charity or rescue will receive a donation totaling 20% of wine sales during the event.
This week we will have Double Dog Dare Rescue, from 5-8 pm. Double Dog Dare Rescue, Inc is a small (but growing) group of volunteers dedicated to saving all breeds of dogs from very rural areas, where due to space and funding limitations, dogs have very little chance of survival without them (and other rescues like them.)
Their dedicated volunteers spend countless hours:
- Arranging and running transportation
- Scheduling vetting and care
- Planning and attending adoption events
- Processing foster and adoption applications
- Opening their homes (and hearts) as fosters until that special forever home can be found
