Charcuterie Class & Wine Pairing

Join us for a night of crafting your own artisan charcuterie board! Mark Mills, Chef Instructor of the Hospitality, Culinary &Tourism Institute at FCC, will guide us through the process of making and building your own display while our Linganore Winemaker will walk us through expertly paired wines. Attendees will receive a beautiful bamboo display board to take home to create their very own charcuterie!
