This is a very easy but very delicious red cabbage recipe made with Linganore’s Retriever Red wine. Perfect for the holidays!
- 1 small jar Red Cabbage (16 oz)
- 1 Tbsp butter
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 apple, peeled, cored, chopped
- 2 bay leaves
- 2 whole cloves
- ½ tsp pepper
- ½ tsp salt
- 1/4 cup Linganore Retriever Red
- 2 Tbsp red wine vinegar
In a medium sized saucepan, melt butter over medium heat and cook onion and apple until soft. Add remaining ingredients and cook for 30 minutes. Serve warm.
