Linganore Winecellars invites you to relax
on the breezy hills of our 230-acre estate with 60-acre vineyard,
while enjoying cool music and award-winning wines at the second
wine festival of 2008, JAZZED IN JUNE, on Saturday,
June 21st and Sunday, June 22nd.
The Paul Carr Quartet featuring Sharon Clark will provide musical entertainment
on Saturday from 12 noon – 3 p.m., and Sunday from 3:30 – 6 p.m.
J Street Jumpers will entertain Saturday from 3:30 – 6 p.m., and Sunday
from 12 noon – 3 p.m. The hard-charging and soulful post-bop style of The
Paul Carr Quartet, and six-time Washington Area Music Association (WAMA) Wammie
Award winner, J Street Jumpers shouldn’t be missed.
Along with great music, be sure to enjoy the delicious food prepared by our caterers.
Harvey’s Catering will make your mouth water with beef, turkey, chicken,
fries, and Nachos. Old Time Caterer’s will tantalize your taste buds with
sweet italian sausage (with peppers, onions, and sweet sauce), pork bar-b-q,
hamburgers and cheeseburgers, hotdogs (plain, chili, or with sauerkraut), fresh
cut fries, world’s best fresh squeezed lemonade, and a selection of sodas.
Allow J.B. Seafood to satisfy your seafood craving.
While enjoying the views of our lovely vineyard, take a moment to explore the
many products of our 25+ artisans. Jewelry, glassware, sculptures, temporary
tattoos, breads, photography, and ironware are just a few of themany items you

MYSTERY DINNER THEATER'
June 7 & 8, 2008
ACE OF DIAMONDS Dinner theater
at Linganore Winecellars is an event to die for! (And a perfect
gift for Dad) Linganore Winecellars will be hosting a murder
mystery dinner theater, Ace of Diamonds, by American playwright,
T. James Belich June 7 – 8, 2008 in conjunction with Fredericktowne
Players under the direction of Tim Seltzer, and Romano’s
Macaroni Grill. The night promises to be full of intrigue and
fun for all guests!
The exciting evening begins with a sumptuous
meal prepared by the skilled chefs at Macaroni Grill. The expertly
selected a
menu includes their most popular entrees, including Peasant
Bread with rosemary and Genesio Olive Oil, Insalata Blue, Chicken
Portobello,
Pasta Milano, Spinach Orzo, Penne Ala Aglio Olio, and green
beans in a garlic wine sauce with almonds. Dessert is a heavenly
lemon
mousse topped with Italian whipped cream and layered onto citrus
cake soaked in a sweet cream. Two glasses of the Linganore
Winecellars wine of your choice, served in a keepsake glass,
is also included
with each meal.
Consider treating Dad to
tickets for the premier dinner theater show at Linganore Winecellars
for Father’s Day 2008. Event times are 6 p.m. on Saturday,
June 7th, and 4 p.m. on Sunday, June 8th. Tickets prices are
$65 for adults, $55 for
individuals
12 – 20 years of age, and $45 for children 12 and under.
Parents are strongly cautioned that the mature theme of the
show may not be appropriate for children. Seats are expected

June 1-20 and 23-30 , 2008
Fathers are too special to celebrate just one day! Join us in
celebrating your Dad everyday during in June for tours and tasting
of Linganore wines. Bring a picnic and enjoy the outdoors in
the middle of our 230-acre estate! Hike over the fields, toss
balls or Frisbees, use our Bacci ball set or better yet do nothing
at all.

are open 361 days a year. Our hours are weekdays - 10am - 5pm,
Saturday from 10am to 6pm and Sunday from 12pm. - 5pm (WINTER HOURS).
Beginning APRIL 1 - Sunday hours are 12pm-6pm. We are closed New
